Capital First Ltd allots 7692300 shares

In respect of the issue of Equity Shares to qualified institutional buyers in terms of Chapter VIII of the ICDR Regulations, the duly authorized committee of the board of directors of Capital First Ltd for the QIP (the "Capital Raising Committee") has, in its meeting held on March 26, 2015, decided to issue and allot 76,92,300 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 390/- per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 380/- per Equity Share), aggregating to Rs. 299,99,97,000/-.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.400.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 391.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 67433 in over 4011 trades.
