In terms of Section 175 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of SKS Logistics Ltd, through passing of resolutions by Circulation, have noted and approved the resignation of Mr. Bansilal Bhagchand Bhawsar as a Whole time director of the Company with immediate effect, Mr. Subhash Kumar as an Independent director of the Company with immediate effect, Mr. Ghanshyam Choudhary as a Whole time director of the Company with Immediate effect and Mr. Medioma Bhada as an Independent Director with Immediate effect.
