Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited has announced the Business Update for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 ("Q2 & H1 FY26"):
Demonstrating strong operational momentum, the Company reached peak performance, solidifying its position as a leader in sustainable urban waste solutions. A ~13% YoY increase in core operating revenue, fuelled by higher volumes and escalated contracts, reflects the resilience and scalability of its business model.
During the quarter, the Company managed a total tonnage of ~1.27 million tonnes, reflecting a ~5.9% yearon-year (YoY) growth. Of this, Processing operations handled around ~0.73 million tonnes, registering a ~2.7% increase, while Collection & Transportation (C&T) operations managed about 0.54 million tonnes, marking a ~10.4% growth. For the first half of the fiscal year, the total tonnage stood at ~2.60 million tonnes, representing a strong growth of ~8.9% on a YoY basis.
During the quarter, the Company sold ~40,081 tonnes of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) and ~3,251 tonnes of compost. For H1 FY26, the Company recorded total sales of ~95,820 tonnes of RDF and ~9,858 tonnes of compost, underscoring the Company's continued progress in waste-to-resource conversion and sustainable operations.
Contract Win:
During the quarter, Antony Lara Enviro Solutions Private Limited, a key subsidiary, secured two major Wasteto-Energy (WtE) projects of approximately 15 MW each in Andhra Pradesh, awarded by the New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd. The combined value of these projects stands at around ₹ 3,200 crore for the concession period of 20 years. Subsequently, two new Special Purpose Vehicles Kadapa Renew Energy Private Limited and Kurnool Renew Energy Private Limited were incorporated.
Merger Update:
The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ("NCLT"), vide its interim order for the hearing (Hybrid) held on September 25, 2025 ("Order") has admitted the Joint Company Scheme Petition as filed by the Companies in the matter of the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited ("Transferor Company") with Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited ("Transferee Company") ('Company') and their respective Shareholders and Creditors aforementioned Scheme. Further, November 27, 2025 is fixed as the date for final hearing of the petition.

During the quarter, our material subsidiary, AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited, received a communication from CARE Ratings Limited, placing its bank facility ratings under "Rating Watch with Developing Implications (RWD)" in view of the ongoing merger process with Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited.
