KNR Ramanatttukara Infra Pvt Ltd enters into settlement agreement with NHAI

KNR Ramanatttukara Infra Private Limited (KRIPL), subsidiary of KNR Constructions Limited has entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 16th October, 2025 with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) as under:

1) KRIPL proposed to construct the Viaduct of length of 377 m between from Km 276.730 to Km 277.140 at its own cost and to complete it by 28.02.2026 including grace period of 90 days and NHAI had agreed to grant Extension of Time without Damages for the project work.

2) The likely date of issuance of Provisional Completion Certificate of the Project excluding the completion of stretch from Km 276.730 to Km 277.140 which includes Viaduct of 377 m length would be 18.07.2025 without Damages.

3) The KRIPL and Promoters proposed that they would not be participating in the bids of NHAI upto 30.11.2025, considering the above, the NHAI agreed to drop all the penalty and debarment proceeding against the KRIPL and its Promoters.

Shares of KNR Constructions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 185.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 185.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 84108 in over 2023 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 189.80 and intraday low of 183.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15692833.00.
