Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd enters into agreement with BOBCARD Ltd

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle), had entered into a Master Service Agreement dated October 5, 2023 with BOBCARD Limited (formerly known as BOB Financial Solutions Limited).

In continuation to the above, we would like to inform you that the Zaggle has entered into an Amendment Agreement to the Master Service Agreement with BOBCARD Limited on October 15, 2025.

Zaggle to receive additional commissions as a percentage of spends for providing BOBCARD's Commercial Cards along with Zaggle Spend Management platform.

Shares of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 354.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 352.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19711 in over 799 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 355.50 and intraday low of 346.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6912528.00.
