MRF Ltd to delist Equity Shares from MSE

The Board of Directors of MRF Ltd at its meeting held on November 26, 2014, approved the proposal of voluntary delisting of the Company's Equity Shares from Madras Stock Exchange Limited (MSE) subject to compliance with Regulations 6 and 7 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Shares of MRF LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.38002.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37387.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1206 in over 1379 trades.
