iStreet Network Ltd allots 150000 Equity Shares and 10.75 lakh Warrants

The Board of Directors of iStreet Network Ltd at its meeting held on December 04, 2014, has allotted 150,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 4 each at a price of Rs. 20 per share to Non-Promoters.

The Board also allotted 10,75,000 Equity Warrants (out of which 3,10,000 warrants to Promoters and balance to Non-Promoters) of Rs. 4 each at a price of Rs. 20 per warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares.
