SRS Real Infrastructure allotted Two Plots by GNIDA

SRS Real Infrastructure Ltd has been allotted two plots each measuring 60,000 Square Meters by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority at Sector 12, Greater Noida for development of Group Housing Colonies in the name of its wholly owned subsidiary M/s. SRS Real Estate Limited. The cost of these plots is about Rs. 285 Crore. The Company plans to build about 2000 flats of different categories in these colonies.

Shares of SRS REAL INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.52.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 43.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 378206 in over 947 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 52.25 and intraday low of 43.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17169855.
