Logix Microsystems to change name as IZMO Limited

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Logix Microsystems Ltd will be held on June 23, 2014, to consider the change of name of the Company from 'Logix Microsystems Limited' to "IZMO Limited".

The Board will consider notice of Postal Ballot and matters incidental and related to Change of Name of the Company.

Shares of LOGIX MICROSYSTEMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.18.38 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.51. The total number of shares traded during the day was 198549 in over 890 trades.
