BRPL AGM approves dividend

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd (BRPL) has announced that the members at the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 08, 2006, have approved the declaration of payment of dividend of Rs 2.70 per equity share of Rs 10/- each (equivalent to 27% on the paid up share capital) for the year 2005-06.
