Dolphin Offshore AGM approves dividend

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 07, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declared Dividend @ 25% and to increase the Share Capital of the Company from Rs 10 Crores to Rs 25 Crores.
