Celebrity Fashion allots 35 lakh equity shares

The Board of Directors of Celebrity Fashions Ltd at its meeting held on November 09, 2013, has approved issue of Equity Shares on Preferential Basis to M/s Leman Diversified Fund - 33,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each and Mr. Venkatesh Rajagopal, Promoter - 1,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of the Shareholders in an Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be convened at a later date.
