Sundaram-Clayton Limited completed the sale of 16.33 acres land at Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District, Tamil Nadu, to Canopy Living LLP (Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited and Prestige Estates Projects Limited JV).

Originally announced January 8, 2026 via Agreement to Sell with Rs 25 crore advance; balance Rs 533.62 crore received today post due diligence, totaling Rs 558.62 crore in full settlement. Sale deed executed and registered March 26, 2026 at 3:50 p.m. IST.

Shares of Sundaram Clayton Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1372.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1299.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1078 in over 72 trades.
