Axon Infotech to consider amalgamation of Kushal Software Ltd

Axon Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 07, 2006, has approved the feasibility of Amalgamation of Kushal Software Ltd with the Company and hereby has authorized Mr. Govind Sharma, Director of the Company to appoint Valuers, Advisors or whatever personnel´s required to follow up and to do all necessary acts, deeds & things in this regard on behalf of the Board of the Company.
