Haldyn Glass Board recommends 18% dividend

Haldyn Glass Gujarat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 18% for approval of the Shareholders (Previous year 15%).
