Anshus Clothing Board to consider Bonus Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Anshu's Clothing Ltd will be held on October 16, 2013, to consider the proposal for declaration of bonus equity shares.

The Board will also approve the requisite resolution, in order to increase in Authorised Share Capital and consequent alteration in the MOA and AOA as required.

Shares of Anshu's Clothing Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.27.50, down by Rs.1.95 or 6.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27.50 and low of Rs.27.50.

The total traded quantity was 4000 compared to 2 week average of 4000.
