The Board of Directors of Piramal Pharma Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.14/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2025, which will be paid / dispatched after the 5th Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
