Akzo Nobel India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 30

The Board of Directors of Akzo Nobel India Limited has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 30/- (Rupees Thirty only) per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25. The said Final Dividend would be paid once approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming 71st Annual General Meeting of the Company. The total dividend for the said financial year aggregates to Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) per share, including Interim Dividend of Rs. 70/- (Rupees Seventy only) per share as declared by the Board on 7th November 2024 which was paid subsequently.

Shares of Akzo Nobel India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3519.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3475.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 212 in over 55 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3583.40 and intraday low of 3496.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 750606.00.
