Apollo Tyres Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Apollo Tyres Ltd has recommended the Dividend of Rs. 5.00 per Equity Share (i.e. 500%) on face value of Re. 1 each for FY25, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, which shall be paid/ dispatched on or before 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM.
