Kamat Hotels Board to recommend dividend

Kamat Hotels India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held May 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record the Audited Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To consider recommendation of dividend, if any.
