AXIS Bank raises $20 million Senior Notes in the International Market

The Board of Directors of AXIS Bank Ltd on June 18, 2013 has passed a resolution approving the allotment of Senior Notes aggregating to USD 20,000,000 (USD Twenty Million only) under the MTN Programme through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch.

Shares of AXIS Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1276.55, down by Rs.11.05 or 0.86%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1289.90 and low of Rs.1268.05.

The total traded quantity was 0.38 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.64 lakhs.
