Telephoto Entertainments Open Offer delayed, new dates to be announced later

JM Morgan Stanley Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of PVP Enterprises Pvt Ltd ("Acquirer") along with PVP Ventures Pvt Ltd, Platex Ltd & Prasad V Potluri, together referred to as Person Acting in Concert ("PACs") and SSI Ltd ("DPAC") has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the equity shareholders of Telephoto Entertainments Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Original Public Announcement ("PA") dated February 27, 2007, pursuant to and in compliance with the regulation 10, 12 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto [the "SEBI (SAST) Regulations" / "Regulations"]. The shareholders of the Target Company are requested to note the following:

The Schedule of Activities set forth in the Public Announcement published on February 27, 2007 is delayed and a revised Schedule of Activities will be announced separately.

All the other terms and conditions of the Offer as set forth in the Public Announcement published on February 27, 2007 will remain unchanged.

The stock closed the day at Rs.25.65, down by Rs.0.65 or 2.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.45 and low of Rs.25.55. The total traded quantity was 4986 compared to 2 week average of 12354.
