Dishman Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held May 28, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend Final Dividend, if any.

3. To approve Notice, Directors' Report etc.

4. To fix the dates of Book Closure & Annual General Meeting etc.
