Northgate Technologies Board to recommend final dividend

Northgate Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Take on record and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2007, both on standalone and consolidated basis.

2. Recommendation of Final Dividend for the financial year 2006-2007.
