Bajaj Auto Board recommends 400% dividend

Bajaj Auto Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 40 per share (400%) subject to approval of shareholders

The stock was trading at Rs.2727, up by Rs.46.95 or 1.75%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2747 and low of Rs.2632. The total traded quantity was 321763 compared to 2 week average of 98860.
