Ramkrishna Forgings Board to recommend dividend

Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2007, to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-2007.

3. To consider future business strategy.
