Ram Informatics signs agreement with APSRTC

Ram Informatics Ltd has announced that the Company has signed an agreement with Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) for implementation of Bus Pass Automation and Accountal System for Greater Visakhapatnam.

The project is based on Build Own Operate model for a period of 5 years and the project is expected to commence operations from the first week of June 2007. This will bring greater strengths and good revenues to the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.15.85, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.31%. The total traded quantity was 9067 compared to 2 week average of 5623. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.55 and low of Rs.15.85.
