Pricol allots shares to Denso Corporation in JV

Pricol Components Limited (erstwhile Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Pricol Limited) had issued 51,00,000 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each to DENSO Corporation, Japan on April 23, 2013.

Consequent to the above, Pricol Components Limited has become a 51:49 Joint Venture Company of DENSO Corporation and Pricol Limited.

Shares of Pricol Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.17.65, down by Rs.0.35 or 1.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.25 and low of Rs.17.20.

The total traded quantity was 9935 compared to 2 week average of 26115.
