Jindal Steel & Power allots NCDs aggregating Rs. 300 crores

Jindal Steel & Power Ltd has, on April 05, 2013, allotted 3,000 - 9.63% Unsecured Rated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD's) aggregating to Rs. 300 cores (Rupees three hundred crores only) to HDFC Bank Limited.

Shares of on Convertible Debentures Jindal Steel & Power Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.334.70, up by Rs.5.50 or 1.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.339.80 and low of Rs.328.25.

The total traded quantity was 1.86 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.34 lakhs.
