MANAKSIA Ltd redeems Debentures

With the pre-payment of outstanding principle amount of Rs. 24 crores along with interest and other charges to LIC of India on March 30, 2013, 60 Nos. 11.95% Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs. 60 crores issued to LIC of India stands fully redeemed.

Shares of MANAKSIA Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.41.85. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41.85 and low of Rs.41.75.
