Mohit Paper Mills Ltd allots 30 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Mohit Paper Mills Ltd at its meeting held on March 30, 2013 has considered and approved the allotment of 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to M/s. Seltron Finance Limited an entity belonging to the non-promoter group at an issue price of Rs. 10/- per share in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VII of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.

Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 11,00,00,000/- to Rs. 14,00,00,000/-.

Shares of Mohit Paper Mills Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.3.21, down by Rs.0.14 or 4.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.35 and low of Rs.3.21.
