Capital First raises Rs. 100 crore through NCD issue

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held on March 08, 2013, approved the allotment of Series I, unsecured, Redeemable, Non Convertible, Perpetual Debentures (Tier I) ("NCDS"). The Company has fully raised Rs. 100,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crore Only) by issue of NCD's on private placement basis.

The Debenture Committee at its Meeting held March 08, 2013, has approved allotment of 1000 NCDs having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) each. The said NCDs shall be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

The Capital First Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.158.50, up by Rs.3.55 or 2.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.163.90 and low of Rs.154.50.

The total traded quantity was 17618 compared to 2 week average of 9967.
