Birla Shloka Edutech to raise Rs.60 crore through GDR issue

The Board of Directors of Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd at its meeting held on January 08, 2013, have considered and approved the issue of GDR upto Rs. 60 Crores subject to ratification by the shareholders through postal ballot.

The Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.9.94, up by Rs.0.77 or 8.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.20 and low of Rs.9.20.

The total traded quantity was 1.67 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.85 lakhs.
