Talwalkars Better Value Fitness closes QIP issue

The QIP (Qualified Institutional Placement) Committee of the Board of Directors of Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd at its meeting held on December 10, 2012 have approved the issue of 20,65,216 equity shares at a price of Rs.205.18 per equity share (including a premium of Rs.195.18 per equity share) aggregating to Rs.423.74 millions.

The issue of equity shares of the company to Qualified Institutional Buyers opened on December 6, 2012 and closed on December 10, 2012.

The Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.200.75, down by Rs.7.25 or 3.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.210 and low of Rs.200.

The total traded quantity was 0.52 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.87 lakhs.
