Parenteral Drugs India allots 70,37,898 preference shares

The Board of Directors of Parenteral Drugs India Ltd at its meeting held on November 09, 2012, has issued and allotted 70,37,898 0% Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 51.40 per share out of which 52,11,000 preference shares are fully paid up and 18,26,898 preference shares shall be party paid up which shall be made fully paid up within a period of 18 months from the date of allotment.
