JMT Auto Board to consider conversion of warrants, term loan from SBI

JMT Auto Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Conversion of the Equity Warrants issued in the Board Meeting dated September 21, 2006.

2. Consider the publishing of the Audited results on or before June 30, 2007.

3. Term loan from the State Bank of India.

The stock closed the day at Rs.100, up by Rs.1.05 or 1.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.104 and low of Rs.97.55. The total traded quantity was 2153 shares compared to 2 week average of 3138.
