Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has announced that the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary Company in the name of "MCF International Ltd" with an authorized capital of Rs 1 Crore.

The main objects of this company in brief are follows:

1. To import, export, warehouse and distribute all kinds of agricultural & industrial chemicals and fertilizers.

2. To manufacture all classes and kinds of alcohol, fertilizers and industrial & non industrial chemicals.

3. To import, export, distribute all types of agricultural commodities, industrial and consumer products.
