ICICI Bank appoints Dr. Swati Piramal as Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of ICICI Bank Ltd at its meeting held on January 31, 2012, has approved the appointment of Dr. Swati Piramal as a non-executive director on the Board of the Bank effective January 31, 2012.

The ICICI Bank stock was trading at Rs.904.25, up by Rs.52.30 or 6.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.905 and low of Rs.856.

The total traded quantity was 13.79 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 7.18 lakhs.
