Indusind Bank allots 50035 Shares under ESOS

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 50,035 (Fifty Thousand Thirty Five Only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on January 18, 2012 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.

The Indusind Bank Ltd stock was trading at Rs.276.45, up by Rs.4.85 or 1.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.278 and low of Rs.274.

The total traded quantity was 0.14 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.51 lakhs.
