Country Club India forfeits 3,00,00,000 Warrants

Zen Garden Hotel Private Limited, a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 which is belonging to the promoter group of Country Club India Ltd has not exercised its 3,00,00,000 (Three Crores) warrants allotted on July 13, 2010 @ Rs.25/- per warrant.

These warrants were due for conversion on January 12, 2012. Hence, the said warrants were expired and the Company has forfeited the 25% upfront amount collected in advance for the allotment of said warrants.

The Country Club India stock was trading at Rs.8.75, down by Rs.0.04 or 0.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.25 and low of Rs.8.63.

The total traded quantity was 1.08 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.25 lakhs.
