Impex Ferro Tech Ltd approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Impex Ferro Tech Ltd at its meeting held on December 26, 2011, have considered and approved the increase of Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 58 Crores to Rs. 68 Crores divided into 68,000,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

2. Issue of 17,500,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 20/- per shares or at price determined in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009, whichever is higher, to the promoters and non-promoter group on preferential basis.

The Impex Ferro Tech Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.5.94, up by Rs.0.10 or 1.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.94 and low of Rs.5.56.
