Financial Technologies repays FCCBs worth $133.16 million

Financial Technologies (India) Ltd had raised US$ 100 million in December 2006 and in accordance with the terms of FCCBs, the Company has repaid the entire outstanding of FCCBs & premium thereon by making payment of US$ 133.16 million on the due date i.e. December 21, 2011.

The stock closed the day at Rs.542.25, up by Rs.17.35 or 3.31%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.549.70 and low of Rs.530.05.

The total traded quantity was 0.31 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.34 lakhs.
