Central Bank of India raises lower Tier II Bonds of Rs.500.00 crore

Central Bank of India has raised Rs.500.00 crore of Tier II Capital on December 21, 2011 on private placement basis in terms of approval in the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank held on July 29, 2011.

The stock closed the day at Rs.77.40, up by Rs.1.70 or 2.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.79.90 and low of Rs.75.80.

The total traded quantity was 0.95 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.62 lakhs.
