IDFC raises Rs.538.08 crore through Long Term Infrastructure Bonds Issue

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has submitted the Three Day Report dated December 20, 2011 to The Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

The Company's Long Term Infrastructure Bonds Issue closed for subscription on December 18, 2011 and the total sum of Rs. 5380.80 Million was collected as application money.

The IDFC stock was trading at Rs.97.55, down by Rs.3.55 or 3.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.104 and low of Rs.96.50.

The total traded quantity was 17.82 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 12.37 lakhs.
