EPC Industrie Ltd forfeits 3900 shares

The Board of Directors of EPC Industrie Ltd at its meeting held on December 20, 2011, has forfeited 3900 Equity Shares due to non-payment of allotment money on shares in accordance with the provisions of Articles of Association of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company has also adopted the audited financial statements for the six months ended September 30, 2011, for the limited purpose of incorporating the same in the Draft Letter of Offer for the proposed Issue of Equity Shares on Rights Basis to the existing Shareholders of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.98.60. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.110 and low of Rs.98.60.

The total traded quantity was 118 compared to 2 week average of 1585.
