HDFC allots 215065 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on December 20, 2011 allotted 2,15,065 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 294,83,43,820 consisting of 147,41,71,910 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The HDFC Ltd. stock closed the day at Rs.623.20, up by Rs.4.25 or 0.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.628.50 and low of Rs.618.

The total traded quantity was 1.39 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.38 lakhs.
