Educomp Solutions Ltd allots 11250 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOP Schemes

The remuneration committee of Educomp Solutions Ltd on December 14, 2011 has allotted 11250 Equity Shares respectively to the Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under Company's ESOP Scheme 2006.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,20,32,760/-consisting of 9,60,16,380 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,20,55,260/- consisting of 9,60,27,630 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.198.30, down by Rs.3.05 or 1.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.201.90 and low of Rs.192.80.

The total traded quantity was 2.92 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 6.71 lakhs.
