Gati Ltd opens FCCB issue

Pursuant to the approval received from the shareholders of Gati Ltd at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 29, 2011, the Board of Directors at its meeting on December 12, 2011, has decided to open its FCCB Issue for subscription on December 12, 2011.

The Company expects to raise up to US$ 22,182,000 from this Issue. The FCCBs are proposed to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

The stock was trading at Rs.29.65, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.25 and low of Rs.29.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.17 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.27 lakhs.
