NATCO Pharma raises Rs.67.5 crore through QIP Issue

NATCO Pharma Limited has closed the QIP issue of 30,00,000 equity shares which opened for subscription on December 7, 2011 and closed on the same day.

The company is in the process of allocating the shares. The company will raise Rs.67.5 crores through this issue, primarily to part-finance its expansion plans.

The stock was trading at Rs.256.50, down by Rs.22.10 or 7.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.279.45 and low of Rs.256.10.

The total traded quantity was 2.42 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.98 lakhs.
