HDFC allots 442585 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on December 5, 2011 allotted 4,42,585 equity shares of 2 each under distinctive numbers from 147,35,14,261 to 147,39,56,845 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees and a Director.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 294,79,13,690 consisting of 147,39,56,845 equity shares of 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.661.65, down by Rs.5.50 or 0.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.669.90 and low of Rs.656.65.

The total traded quantity was 1.85 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.84 lakhs.
